Windows Installer requires that the icon be stored in a separate .ico file if the component is to be advertised. If you select to have your icon extracted from an executable file, you must select Yes for this option. If you specify an icon file, you must select No.

Due to operating system limitations, icon extraction will not succeed on Windows 95 and 98. Use an .ico file or build the release on another operating system.
